Our current Unit of Inquiry is Governance. We are looking at the different types of governments around the world. We are also exploring how governments and citizens interact. What are the responsibilities of the citizens? What are the responsibilities of the government to the citizens?

Our first Unit of Inquiry is Online Communities. The students have really enjoyed this unit, so far. We have explored online communities, talked about the importance of safety online, and opened a gmail account! Our Unit of Inquiry is designed to give students the tools they need to be successful, both in school and as digital citizens. An outline of the unit looks like this:
