I started a newspaper called G.I.F.Y. Myths and Legends because I like writing, and it is one of my hobbies. I also thought it was cool to start a newspaper for my grade. I liked the idea and I started my newspaper. Now it prints every Thursday or the day before a holiday or weekend. I didn't think so many people would like to read my newspaper at first, but then I realised that people would want to do something other than play because so many people sit around and do nothing at recess. I used to use the 4th grade printer to print all the copies, but then my teacher, Ms. Corbin, told me that she will copy the copies if I giver her one printout. So I decided that even the3rd graders would get it. So, this newspaper is still printing.

This is my favorite newspaper that's local. You are a great writer. The newspaper is like Diary of a Wimpy Kid series in newspaper form. I like how you used your passion to create something that people like reading.
I think you the story's are funny you do that by using good words and I like how you have it so other grades can read it. I remeber always wanted the news papaer I also like the story's at the end of the newspaper.

The newspaper is interesting with fun jokes. I too sometimes read the paper during recess. It is nice that we have our own newspaper. It is great that you are showing other children your passion for writing and letting them join you. I loved the story about the Brother and the sister!
I think your newspaper is great because it doesn't just show the news it has riddles and many other stuff.I read the newspaper at recess almost all the time.The newspapers are very inspiring.The Brother and Sister was the best to me.
At first i did not see the point in writing a news paper but then each separate copy was better than the first. I also think its funny how a 4 grader writes a better news paper than the government/local news. I find your news paper like Mina said the best newspaper thats local. I think it was very nice of you to let 3 grade read it and also let a lonely 3 grader help you to.

It's a great idea! I think it's a great way of telling info. You are a great writer. I think lot's of other kid would love it. You can make the words essayer so 2 grade can read it too.
