There can be leaders in a government so the citizens do the thing that the leader ordered to do. I used to think every government was a good government but now I think some governments are not so good.
At first I really did not know anything about governments but this unit has taught me a lot like new words and laws. I think the government is good to have but when they make unfair laws like the Jim Crow laws that can make people mad. I think the kind of government I would want to be is a dictator for me it would be fun. I think I would be a mean a dictator and kind of nice. I think the government has a big impact in the world.
1.They work by following rules. By some serious matter they can vote. 2.They should be fair. shouldn't take more taxes from not rich people. 3.I used to think that government is not fair to everybody in the world but now I think government is fair to everybody.
Some governments are good and some of them are bad, evil and don’t care about people. If the government is good, he will care about his city or country, but if he’s evil, he will don’t care about his country or city he will make bad decisions.
My thinking has changed after this unit, that anarchy can be fun but it can not be fair for some people because they are not getting their rights. Anarchy can make children dumb because it will be the the children's choice if they want to go to school or not and that will make them dumb.
I learned about how different governments can ban rights or improve rights. Some leaders try to make laws that improve their unions condition. For example, in the US, the supreme court banned Jim Crow laws. Jim Crow laws denied rights of African-Americans, Mexicans, and Chinese. Some leaders promoted racism and made it hard for the non- superior race. For instance, in WWII, Germany denied the rights of the non- Aryan race. By Mina
I can explain how 2 governments work and how they're different. Dictatorship: A single leader, who makes all laws by his or herself. They can mentally change with all the power if they stay ruling long enough.
Anarchy: There is no ruler therefore no laws. The people do what ever they want.
Difference: Do I really have to say, controlled and free, puppet and off strings, domestic and wild!
I think that absolute monarchy is the best type of government because there is only one leader and that is better. I learned that some leaders are mean and some are good because they listen to ideas. I still do not understand democracy.

Well I think my thinking has changed because I have dug deep in thinking about the text this unit and it has helped me now I know how different governments work and I used to think that there was not different types of governments and there was only good government and bad governments. Now I know there are different types of governments, and the one that the country is lead by is normally based on the country but if its a dictator its a person who wants power and gets it then the country does not get to decide what type of government because there is no election there is a dictator that has all the power so they can't vote for someone else the dictator wont let them.but democracy is opposite there is republic which you have a rep for all states and they represent your state and there is also electoral and thats when every one votes for a lot of the problems. Another type of government is anarchy well its not a government because there is no government to rule the country so it can get really frustrating and every one is trying to follow different rules. So its frustrating to have no government and sometimes you have a bad ruler so its not nice ether way but sometimes you love your leader and they good then you fell good and not frustrated.
